Børstad FrisbeegolfPark was founded on April 10, 1986 by a group of young enthusiasts and has since then been an important arena for frisbee golf in Hamar. The original course was established in Ankerskogen, and activity has increased significantly after the Norwegian Cup was organized in 2011. In 2024, the course was rebuilt from a 27-hole layout to a complete 18-hole course, which offers varied challenges for players of different skill levels. In addition to the 18-hole course, there is a 13-hole course at Børstad that is specially adapted for beginners. Børstad FrisbeegolfPark also organizes the Norwegian Cup and the Norwegian Championship, which helps to promote the sport in the region. For those who want to participate in informal games, weekly weekly golf and weekend flex are offered both in Ankerskogen and in Børstad.
