Trainee Innlandet is a recruitment company that has established itself as Norway's largest and first regional trainee scheme. In collaboration with 53 companies from both the private and public sectors, they offer a varied trainee programme that has been in operation for 25 years. Since its inception, 288 trainees have completed the programme, which is designed to give participants a quick introduction to new fields of study, with a particular focus on project management and development projects.
The programme is tailored to each individual trainee, which provides the opportunity for experience from several companies. Participants receive support and guidance throughout the trainee period, and career days are arranged for recruitment, where star candidates from various fields are encouraged to apply. Trainee Innlandet welcomes candidates with a minimum of 4 years of higher education, and the diversity in industries and professional backgrounds among the trainees is a strength of the programme.
