Hammerfest Climbing Club is a climbing facility located inside Vår Energi Arena. The climbing hall has a competition wall that extends 15 meters up with a moderate overhang, as well as straight walls and curved walls at the same height, which provides a varied climbing environment. For younger climbers, there is a 10-meter "Little Wall", which is specially designed for children and courses.
The facility also offers bouldering on the first floor under the mezzanine, and has two auto belays available for safe climbing. The climbing club is open to everyone, regardless of age, skills and functional level, and it is possible to borrow the necessary climbing equipment when a climbing lifeguard is present. In addition, the club has specific offers for youth and children, making it an inclusive place for those interested in climbing.
