Harstadbotn Bakery & Confectionery AS was established on November 7, 1958 by Lillian and Ivan Andreassen. The bakery has been in the family for four generations and has been located at Seljestadveien 63 since its inception. Today, it is a family-run bakery with over 60 years of experience, and it has developed from having two employees to include a team of skilled professionals.
The bakery offers a varied selection of both classic and modern baked goods, including fresh bread, cakes and lunch dishes. The production of fresh goods takes place all night, which ensures that customers always receive freshly baked products.
