CrossFit Harstad offers varied training in groups of up to 14 participants, where the focus is on correct and controlled execution of exercises before intensity. Each participant receives individual feedback, which contributes to a customized training experience for all levels. The training sessions are programmed by KRIGER Training and include coaching from experienced athletes, such as Kristin Holte.
The training program emphasizes quality over quantity, and participants can train between two and five times a week. CrossFit Harstad also emphasizes continuous education and courses for the coaches, which ensures a safe and challenging training environment. The social aspect of the training is an important part of the experience, and with a focus on functional training, the goal is to promote physical, mental and social health in a supportive environment.
