Jobbhuset in Harstad is an arena aimed at young people up to 30 years of age. The office offers a number of services that aim to support young people on their path to education and employment. Among the offers are vaccination services, career guidance, themed courses and practical tasks. The use of VR glasses gives participants the opportunity to explore different professions and practice job interviews, which can contribute to increased self-confidence and preparation for working life.
Jobbhuset works closely with local authorities, including the youth department of NAV Sør-Troms, to promote work inclusion in the municipality. The environment is designed to be inclusive and supportive, and adapted services are offered to meet the different needs of the participants.
