Haugesund Turnforening is one of the district's oldest and largest sports associations, founded in 1890. The association offers training for both children and adults, with a varied offer that includes rhythmic gymnastics and group gymnastics. With over 30 different broad offers each week, there are activities available for gymnasts from 3 years old and up, as well as specialized programs for seniors.
The association also has adapted offers for people with special needs, and focuses on community and development through sports. Haugesund Turnforening is involved in the local community and collaborates with sponsors to promote sports activities. In addition, they have two competition groups, one for group gymnastics and one for rhythmic gymnastics, which gives members the opportunity to participate in competitions.
