DNT Villa Vibrandsøy is a hostel located on the island of Vibrandsøy, just 800 meters from Haugesund city center. The building, originally built in 1875, underwent extensive restoration in 2022. The surrounding area is characterized by a green and untouched cultural landscape, which includes sheltered bathing coves, providing a scenic environment for visitors.
The hostel has a well-equipped kitchen that is accessible to all users, as well as two living rooms with dining tables and seating areas, which facilitate social activities. The first floor is wheelchair accessible, and there are five bedrooms with a total of 18 beds, making it a suitable option for groups and families. Access to the site is without roads, and it is easily accessible by boat, canoe or kayak.
