Gystadmyr Residential and Activity Center is a nursing home offering 78 rooms, and has both somatic and psychiatric departments. The center has 24-hour home nursing for residents, as well as home help and practical assistance available Monday through Friday. This gives residents the opportunity to receive the necessary care and support in their everyday lives.
In addition to the nursing home, Gystadmyr offers 18 care homes with fully equipped apartments, adapted to the needs of residents. The center also has an environmental worker service aimed at younger people with mental challenges. For older residents, there is a day center that offers various day services, which contributes to socializing and activities.
