Rona Senter is a district center located in Kristiansand East. The center opened in November 2014 and has a commercial and retail section of 5,700 square meters. It houses several different services, including a Meny store, pharmacy, fitness center, dentist and optician, making it a convenient location for residents in the area.
The center also offers 45 freehold apartments, which provide opportunities for housing near the commercial facilities. Parking options are good, with 250 spaces available for visitors. There are also planned opportunities for future expansion of commercial, retail and residential areas, which can contribute to further development of the area. Rona Senter was designed by JOB Arkitekter, while BRG/Kruse Smith Eiendom AS has been the contractor for the project.
