Oktoberfest Kristiansand is known as Scandinavia's largest Oktoberfest and attracts visitors from all over the world. The festival offers an authentic experience with a varied selection of food and drinks, and is a popular gathering place for both locals and tourists. The event takes place in a large tent, where a third of the tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The food offering is provided by Strøm Larsen, and includes sought-after food boards that can be ordered for groups of either four or ten people. The food boards consist of traditional dishes such as pork knuckle, Wurst, neck chops, chicken, Sauerkraut and potato salad. For those who have not made reservations, there is also a separate food outlet inside the tent, which offers the opportunity to enjoy the festival's specialties without prior reservation.
