UiA Nyskaping is an innovation support service affiliated with the University of Agder. Established in 2016, the purpose has been to strengthen the entrepreneurial culture at the university. The service targets both employees and students, and aims to help them realize innovative ideas.
The services include consulting, an incubator program and various events for students, as well as support for the commercialization of research for employees. UiA Nyskaping focuses on collaboration on innovation and receives grants to give more students the opportunity to start their own businesses. This helps to promote an active entrepreneurial culture at the university and in the region.
