JK Nails is a nail salon in Kristiansand, run by Jenny Kristina Gonzalez, who started her business in January 2023. The salon specializes in gel nails in dual forms, a new technique in Norway that provides strong and elegant nails. Gonzalez is a certified nail technician with four courses behind her, and uses an ergonomic working method that helps save time during treatments. The dual forms method ensures evenness and strength in the nails, and the treatments last for several weeks.
In a short time, JK Nails has expanded its offering to also include hair removal with waxing, eyelash lifting, eyebrow lamination and coloring. In the summer of 2024, Gonzalez completed an extensive course at the renowned Phi Academy, where she learned how to tattoo eyebrows. She passed the exam on April 24, 2025. Through her work, she has helped many clients improve the health of their nails, as well as reduce nail biting and cuticle picking.
