Brattbakken Borettslag is a housing cooperative located in Kristiansand. It is the largest housing cooperative affiliated with Sørlandet Boligbyggelag, and consists of a total of 299 cooperative units. The housing cooperative includes 142 terraced apartments and 157 detached and semi-detached houses, which provides a varied offer to the residents.

Regular residents' meetings are arranged, giving residents the opportunity to discuss matters of common interest, as well as receive information about common facilities and security measures.
