EBA Agder, also known as Byggopp Agder, is a trade association representing the construction and civil engineering industry. The association is affiliated with BNL – the Norwegian Construction Industry Association in the Confederation of Norwegian Employers, and aims to safeguard the interests of its members. With 674 members employing 28,000 employees, EBA Agder plays an important role in the industry.
The association offers various courses and activities for its members, with a particular focus on life-saving rules and safety in the industry. EBA Agder also engages in societal challenges through interaction models, and arranges debates and events, including during Arendal Week. In addition, EBA Agder has nine local branches spread throughout the country, which contributes to a stronger connection to local conditions and challenges.
