Slettheia School is located in Kristiansand and offers primary education for students in the early school years. The school focuses on creating a safe and inclusive school environment, and works actively with school environment work. This includes, among other things, the establishment of a student council, which gives students the opportunity to participate in school democracy and influence decisions that affect their everyday lives.
The school also offers after-school activities and homework help for students, as well as a school health service to ensure the health and well-being of students. Slettheia School participates in various activities such as school runs for fundraising purposes and has recently celebrated the UN's 80th anniversary with the event "Forente Slettheia". In addition, the school has installed a new bicycle rack to encourage active transportation among students, in line with municipal and national plans for school development.
