Elfo Sør, also known as Elektrofagenes Opplæringskontor Sørlandet, is a training office based in Kristiansand. The office acts as a support player for apprentices in the electrical trade, and offers guidance throughout the apprenticeship. With 550 active apprentices and cooperation with 220 member companies, Elfo Sør has a broad network that contributes to developing skilled professionals in the industry.
The organization offers 17 different apprenticeships and assists both apprentices and companies with apprenticeship contracts and necessary documentation. Elfo Sør also arranges vocational certificate awards and recognizes apprenticeship companies for their efforts in training. Through its work, Elfo Sør focuses on meeting the needs of both apprentices and member companies, and continuously works to improve its services and solutions.
