Family House in Kristiansand Municipality is an educational institution that offers a wide range of health services for children and young people aged 0-16. The institution focuses on supporting families with children through various services, including child welfare services, vaccination, individual planning and care services. In addition, Family House functions as a health center for children and offers coordinators for families who need extra help.
Family House also has an offer for adults, including adult education and school places. There is also an emphasis on substance abuse and mental health, with the aim of providing support to both children and adults. Family House also has resources to help refugees with rental housing, as well as a student representative and a kindergarten blog for parents, which helps to strengthen communication between home and school.
