The Kristiansand Leadership Program is a 12-week hybrid leadership development program designed for busy leaders. The program has been chosen by over 300 leaders since its inception in 2020, and offers a structured approach to leadership development with a focus on psychological safety and emotion-focused leadership. Participants have the opportunity to meet experts in mental training, organizational psychology and leadership, which contributes to a deeper understanding of the complexity of leadership.
The program is built up of customized modules that promote effective learning, and it includes strategic storytelling as part of the content. Participants have access to customer stories that demonstrate success and improved understanding of employees, which can be useful in their further leadership career. The next cohort of the program starts on March 3, 2026.
