Hestehoven kindergarten is a parent-owned, single-department kindergarten that has been in operation for 40 years. The kindergarten emphasizes creating a good psychosocial environment for the children, where play and learning are at the center. The employees are committed and work actively to adapt the daily routine and food service to the children's needs.
The kindergarten has fixed excursion sites such as Dyreskogen and Froskedammen, which gives the children the opportunity to explore nature. In addition, annual project work is carried out with a focus on Alf Prøysen, which helps to strengthen the children's cultural understanding and creativity.
