Espern Lillehammer is a modern fitness center that opened in January 2021. The center is equipped with new training equipment from Technogym and Qicraft, and offers a varied training experience in fresh and delicate locations. With a key card-based access, members can train when it suits them, as the center is open 365 days a year from 05:00 to 23:00.
The fitness center has its own cardio department that includes treadmills, bicycles, rowing machines and cross trainers. In addition, there is a strength department with machines, dumbbells and free weights. For those who want to vary their training, there is also a functional zone with mats, elastic bands and kettlebells. The center offers lockable lockers for storing valuables, and has a lower age limit of 16 years, with a guardian required for members under 18 years of age. Its location in the heart of Lillehammer, close to the pedestrian zone and the Mesnaelva River, makes it easily accessible to both locals and visitors.
