Smestadmoen dormitory is part of the Studentsamskipnaden i Innlandet and offers student housing in Lillehammer. The housing is available to students at the University of Innlandet, LIMPI and Centric IT Academy. With over 2000 student housing units distributed across several locations in Innlandet, including Hamar, Blæstad, Elverum, Rena and Evenstad, Smestadmoen is part of a larger network that supports students in the region.
In addition to the housing offer, Smestadmoen offers health services specifically aimed at students, as well as a bookstore that has study materials. For students with children, there is a kindergarten, and courses and activities for personal development are arranged. Food and beverage options are also available, and emphasis is placed on student health and well-being. This makes Smestadmoen a holistic student house that takes into account the different needs of the students.
