Optometrist Simensen AS was established in 2007 and has since then been part of the health service in Lillehammer. The clinic has a team of five ophthalmologists, an optician, an assistant nurse and two health secretaries, who together offer a wide range of services within eye health. The location in the old post office in the city center makes it easy for patients to reach us.
The clinic specializes in diagnostics and surgical activities, including cataract surgery and lens replacement. To book an appointment, a referral from a general practitioner, public health nurse or optician is required. It is also possible to use SMS booking for consultations and cancellations. Optometrist Simensen AS is closed for the summer in weeks 28, 29 and 30, and offers reduced opening hours in week 31.
