Located in the former Steen og Strøm Møbelfabrikk, the place functions as a coworking environment for actors in the cultural industry. Factory AS offers an open meeting place for the public, where visitors can experience unique events and trade.
The place hosts around 150 events each year, and also focuses on improving skills by offering guidance and courses for individual companies. The exhibitions from craftsmen are changed every four months, which provides a varied offer for visitors. In addition, a fresh lunch with varied spreads and daily specialties is served, which contributes to a lively atmosphere in the place.
