Maihaugsalen is located on Maihaugen in Lillehammer and functions as an important cultural center in the region. With an audience capacity of between 550 and 700, depending on the type of event, the hall offers a varied program throughout the year. Here you will find concerts, theater performances and ballet, as well as special tributes to famous bands such as Dire Straits and The Beatles.
The hall is also a permanent venue for the National Theater and Teater Innlandet, and it hosts large events during the Norwegian Literature Festival - Sigrid Undset Days.
