The Rana Region Business Association is an interest organization that represents the business community in the Rana region. The association has approximately 400 member companies from both the private and public sectors, and works to create good framework conditions for business in the area. Through various activities and initiatives, the association facilitates networking and cooperation between members.
The association focuses on sustainability and profitability, and has initiatives that promote green initiatives for business in Northern Norway. The Rana Region Business Association also publishes the magazine Mono four times a year, which provides insight into current topics for members. In addition, various activities are arranged such as business lunches and Christmas events, as well as offers of a board portal and job portal for members. The "Handle lokalt" initiative supports local businesses and promotes local trade.
