Romsdal Training Office is a collaboration between the municipalities of Molde, Hustadvika and Aukra, and is responsible for the apprenticeship scheme in the member companies. The office aims to ensure high quality training and follow-up of apprentices, so that they can develop into skilled workers after completing their apprenticeship.
The organization has approximately 50 active apprenticeship contracts, with the child and youth worker profession and the health worker profession being the most widespread. In addition, they offer training in the ICT service profession, the institutional chef profession, the sweeper profession, the cleaning operator profession and the activity worker profession. Romsdal Training Office also focuses on supporting the supervisors and the professional and administrative managers in the apprenticeship companies to ensure a comprehensive and effective training process.
