Glasskiosken is an intimate restaurant located in the historic Glasskiosken at Frydenlund in Narvik. With only 22 seats, the restaurant offers an exclusive atmosphere, where guests can enjoy a carefully composed menu. The restaurant is run by Vegard Stormo, Frank Jensen and Henrik Greger Leinan, who together have focused on creating a sustainable experience with northern Norwegian ingredients.
The menu consists of a short 3-course set menu that is adapted to the seasonal ingredients available. The kitchen team has full culinary freedom to develop dishes based on what is best available at any time. It is important to note that the restaurant only opens by pre-order, and that it is not possible to accommodate individual dietary restrictions.
