Baker Hansen was established in 1861 and is thus Norway's oldest bakery. With a long history in baking, they offer a varied selection of bread, cakes and gluten-free products. The bakery focuses on high quality and sustainability, and all baked goods are baked fresh every night. Baker Hansen gives customers the opportunity to make their own cake, and also offers catering and gift vouchers. In 2014, they opened a new store in Grini Næringspark, which is part of their effort to reach out to more customers. The bakery also has seasonal campaigns, such as cinnamon bun campaigns, which help to vary the offer throughout the year.
