W.B. Samson - CC Vest is a bakery with roots dating back to 1894, which makes it Oslo's oldest bakery. The bakery collaborates with Valdresmeiriet to offer its own cheese made from milk from local farms, and they use mountain pigs from Valdres in their products. All bread is handmade, long-risen and baked in a hot stone oven, which contributes to a unique taste and texture.
