W.B. Samson - Linderud is one of Oslo's oldest bakeries, established in 1894. In addition to baked goods, they offer lunch dishes with a focus on quality ingredients, reflecting their commitment to taste and craftsmanship.
The bakery collaborates with Valdresmeiriet to offer its own cheese made from milk from local farms, and they use mountain pigs from Valdres in their products. The breads are handmade and undergo a long rising process before being baked in a hot stone oven, which contributes to the characteristic taste and texture. Recently, they have also started pressing their own orange juice, which has become known for its irresistible taste.
