Frances Vin & Kaffebar is located in the historic premises of the former visa section of the American Embassy in Oslo. The bar is named after Frances Elisabeth Willis, who was the US ambassador to Norway. The place has a cozy atmosphere and offers a varied menu with both coffee and wine.
The cafe serves homemade pastries and sandwiches from early morning, and has a focus on sharing dishes inspired by Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine. In addition to the daily offer, masterclasses on wine are arranged, with particular emphasis on wines from the Burgundy region.
