The learning workshop Bryn barnehage has four departments, which include two toddler departments and two older children departments. The nursery has room for a total of 68 children and has 16 permanent employees. Emphasis is placed on a good working environment and professional development for the employees, which contributes to a safe and stimulating environment for the children.
The outdoor area is equipped with play equipment such as swings, slides, a cycle track, sandbox and a large amphitheater. The amphitheater is used for community gatherings and play, and gives the children the opportunity to participate in various activities. The nursery also functions as a student nursery and accepts students from Oslo-Met, which can contribute to a varied learning environment. To improve communication between departments and homes, the information tool MYKID is used. The nursery is closed in weeks 28 and 29.
