The learning workshop Østmarka Idrettsbarnehage has eight departments, where each department is named after a bone in the body. The nursery places great emphasis on using nature as a playground, and offers activities such as campfire cooking and skiing. This gives the children the opportunity to explore and learn in a varied outdoor environment.
The employee group consists of a mixture of young and experienced employees, which contributes to a stable working environment. Several employees have been at the nursery for many years, which can provide security for both children and parents. The nursery focuses on creating fun and educational days, adapted to each individual child's level, and uses educational sports to promote social relationships and achieve objectives in accordance with the framework plan.
