Skrellinga Kanvas kindergarten is a four-department kindergarten with capacity for 59 children. It is located in an idyllic area at Oslo University Hospital, which provides a unique setting for the kindergarten activities. The nursery focuses on each individual child, with skilled and committed staff who work to create a safe and stimulating learning environment. There is close cooperation between the departments, which contributes to both safety and learning for the children.
The nursery has a large outdoor playground that provides opportunities for varied play in a safe environment. In addition, a hot lunch is served four days a week. To ensure good communication with parents, MyKid, a digital platform, is used. Skrellinga Kanvas kindergarten is part of Kanvas, Norway's largest non-profit daycare foundation, which focuses on improving children's growing up conditions and parents' everyday life through quality kindergartens.
