Demo Linderud is a temporary library that is the result of a project collaboration between Deichman and Bydel Bjerke. The project is financed through the local environment initiative, which includes the areas of Linderud, Sletteløkka and Veitvet. The library is located on level 1 in Linderud centre.
The concept behind Demo Linderud is to combine traditional library functions with local office functions, while at the same time acting as a cultural meeting place. The target group includes children and young people, local associations, volunteers and the general population. This makes the place an important meeting point for activities and events in the local area.
