Master watchmaker Lars Christian Tidemann is an established player in the watchmaking profession in Oslo. He began his education at the Elvebakken watchmaking school in 1993 and obtained his journeyman's certificate three years later. Tidemann has an extensive background, including experience as service manager for Nortime AS, where he specialized in brands such as Tag Heuer and Zenith. In addition, he has been the owner of Centrum Ur, one of Norway's oldest watchmaking businesses, from 2000 to 2012.
In 2008, he founded Tidemann Urmakermester in Akersgata 18, together with Hans Remi Kittelsen. Later his brother, Tom André Tidemann, became part of the team. Tidemann has also obtained a master's degree in the watchmaking profession and has been a trained appraiser/valuer since 2003. The business offers service on most types of watches and brands, and is known for its expertise and quality in the industry.
