Ulla Henriksen is an experienced dog trainer with a background from Oslo Kennel School and the Norwegian Kennel Club. She began her career as a dog trainer as early as 12 years old and has since then gained extensive experience in training various dog breeds, including Pyrenean sheepdogs and border collies. Henriksen offers instruction at all course levels, from basic everyday obedience to more advanced competition obedience courses.
In addition to group teaching, she offers private lessons where she focuses on specific needs such as choosing the right breed of dog, a good start with the puppy, as well as handling problem behavior and challenges. Her approach is characterized by commitment, positivity and clarity, which contributes to an effective learning process for both dog and owner. Ulla Henriksen also has experience with competitions within obedience and exhibition, which gives her a deeper understanding of the requirements that are set in such contexts.
