Takstsentralen AS is an association of valuers in Norway, established in 2016. The organization aims to connect consumers and businesses with qualified valuers. With almost 300 appraisers and consultants available, the Valuation Center offers a nationwide service for the dissemination of valuation commissions. All associated appraisers have the necessary certifications for the assignments they carry out.
In addition to the dissemination of assignments, the Valuation Center acts as a platform for valuers to share experiences and collaborate. With access to framework agreements, members can also exchange ceiling assignments among themselves, which can contribute to increased efficiency. The organization has an overview of which certifications the appraisers have, as well as their geographical location, which can save time for both customers and appraisers.
