EVO Adamstuen is a training center that offers a wide range of strength and conditioning equipment, adapted to both individual training needs and group training. The center has open doors from 05:00 to 24:00 every day, giving members the flexibility to train when it suits them best. There is no commitment period, and new members can try the center free of charge for 14 days.
As part of the EVO chain, members have access to all EVO centers in Norway. The center also has personal trainers available for those who want guidance in training programs and techniques. For those who drive to the centre, there is the option of parking for a fee. EVO Adamstuen has a special focus on strength training and health, and offers a 360-degree view of the center to give potential members an insight into the facilities.
