Every Thursday morning, outdoor morning training is organized from 6.45 to 7.30. This gives the participants a chance to start the day actively, while also giving them the opportunity to train together with others. The atmosphere during the training sessions is motivating and supportive, which promotes social interaction and community among the participants.
