Linderudhallen is a sports facility in Oslo that offers a varied range of activities for children and young people. The facility has specific programs for first-graders, where they can participate in several sports at the same time. In addition, line cups are organized for girls and boys aged 13 at level 2. During the summer holidays, Camp Linderud is held, which offers activity weeks for children.
The hall has a wide range of sports on offer, including football, handball, cheerleading, lacrosse, badminton and e-sports. Emphasis is placed on inclusion and adaptation of training times to meet different needs. Linderudhallen also functions as a neighborhood club, with activities open to the local community, as well as annual meetings for handball and the club's members. Family days in the LF hall are also part of the offer, especially aimed at families with school starters.
