MeruYoga was established in the summer of 2020 and is based at Lambertseter Gård in the district of Nordstrand. The studio offers various yoga courses, including YinYoga and Ashtanga yoga. In addition to physical classes, MeruYoga also has online teaching via Zoom and offers corporate yoga in Oslo and Viken.
MeruYoga arranges special courses and events, including in collaboration with Y3t. An example of a unique event is "Breath break: Yoga for body and mind", which focuses on combining yoga with mental relaxation. The studio aims to make yoga accessible to everyone, and wants to inspire participants to integrate yoga into their daily routine as a tool for health and well-being.
