Pilates Pilots AS is a Pilates studio that offers training both on the mat and with equipment. The studio has a fully equipped training environment, where it is possible to use various devices such as the Reformer and Wall unit, as well as training equipment such as the Magic Circle, bands, exercise balls and weights. The training takes place in small groups, or as private and duet training, which gives the opportunity for good follow-up from certified instructors.
In addition to training, Pilates Pilots AS offers training by pilates instructors with international certification, in collaboration with Balanced Body. The studio also organizes workshops and courses, and emphasizes creating a community for Pilates enthusiasts. Areas of focus include balance, energy, joy and flexibility, contributing to a holistic approach to Pilates training.
