SP09 Handball is a handball club that offers a range of sports, including wrestling, boxing, sumo and handball. The club aims to promote sport and cohesion in the local community, and offers a training fee that gives access to all the aforementioned activities. This enables members to participate in more sports at no extra cost.
The club emphasizes well-being and development for both young people and adults, and also includes para sports, mental training and injury prevention in its offer. Members have access to resource training, which provides further support in their sporting development. SP09 Håndbak is based in Dælenenga multipurpose hall, where they have a new training room that is adapted to their activities.
