Sterk i Lag offers low-threshold outdoor training at Bogstad, with a varied training offer adapted to participants of all levels. The program includes group training that focuses on fitness, strength and balance, and there are opportunities to participate in free Drop-in sessions in June. The training sessions are carried out both in the morning and in the evening, with a special session called EarlyBird which starts at 6:30 for those who want to train early.
