OBOS Living Lab is a test arena for future housing concepts, located in Oslo. This project is known as Norway's most experimental housing community, and aims to develop smart apartments and sharing solutions. The concept "Live less and live more" is central to the development, and focuses on optimizing the use of space and resources in the residential environment.
The project involves interdisciplinary collaboration with technology companies to integrate innovative solutions into the everyday life of the residents. Among the experimental measures is robot delivery, which is part of urban logistics. There are currently 15 projects and 33 apartments under development, where learning and experiences from the residents play an important role in the design of future housing concepts. OBOS Living Lab is open to collaboration and development, and continuously seeks new ways to improve housing communities.
