Powerhouse Pilar is an office building in Oslo that combines rehabilitation, new construction and circular economy. The building has a broad sustainability focus with the aim of reducing CO2 emissions, and it has been designed with an emphasis on reuse and the correct use of materials. With an innovative energy concept, the building has been developed to have low energy consumption, which supports the ambitious climate and environmental goals.
The building is designed as an open, flexible and inclusive workplace with attractive communal facilities, including a meeting room centre. Powerhouse Pilar attaches great importance to creating a good working environment with lasting qualities, and offers, among other things, a cloakroom service and a café. On the fifth floor is the "Mellomrommet", which provides a view of the area, and contributes to a social environment that strengthens the neighborhood and the positive development of Helsfyr.
