Grensehytta Kjelsåsspeiderne is a scout group affiliated with the Oslo Circle and the Norwegian Scout Association. The group is known for being one of the most active scout groups in Oslo, with approximately 100 members of various ages. It offers a varied program of weekly meetings and regular trips, giving Scouts the opportunity to develop skills and make friendships.
The Kjelsås Scouts have several sub-groups for different age groups, including the Pack for scouts between 8 and 10 years, the Troop for scouts from 10 to 16 years, and the Rover Team for those 17 years and older. In addition to the regular activities, the group annually organizes Kjelsåsspeidernes dag, an event that brings together scouts and their families. Grensehytta also offers opportunities to rent a scout house, cabin or canoe, which provides room for both activities and recreation.
