Ullevålseter is a restaurant with a long history, established in 1927, and is located in the southern part of Nordmarka. It acts as an important hub for hiking trails, ski slopes and paths, and is easily accessible from Sognsvann and Frognerseteren via light trails. The area is popular with both skiers in the winter and hikers and cyclists in the summer. A gravel road has also been constructed from the Hammeren bus stop in Maridalen, which provides good walking opportunities all year round.

The cafe offers a varied selection of pastries, including cinnamon rolls, school buns, waffles and several other sweet options. In addition, various types of soups and rolls are served, as well as warming stews in winter. The drinks selection includes soft drinks, cocoa, black coffee, tea and toddy. Ullevålset has outdoor seating, which gives guests the opportunity to enjoy nature, which is beautiful all year round. The place has also implemented a heart-friendly initiative with a defibrillator from LHL's Heart Fund and adapts the operation according to the authorities' advice during the corona situation.
